📦 How does PikFoto work?
PikFoto is a monthly photo subscription club where you upload your favorite memories and receive them printed as high-quality Polaroid-style or 4x6 photos, delivered right to your door. Just upload, select your pack, and we handle the rest.
🖼️ What types of photo prints can I choose from?
We offer a variety of formats including Polaroid-style prints (8x13 cm, 10x10 cm, 10x13 cm) and traditional 4x6 prints. You choose your preferred size during sign-up or in your account settings.
📅 When will my photos be shipped each month?
Photos are printed and shipped every 30 days from the date you subscribe. You’ll receive a confirmation when your pack is ready and another when it ships.
🔄 Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next print cycle begins. Once your photos have entered production, cancellation will apply to the following cycle.
📷 How many photos can I upload?
Free users can upload up to 50 photos to the app. Paid subscribers can upload up to 100 photos per cycle, and you'll be able to select which ones you want printed each month based on your plan.
📬 What’s the cost of shipping?
Standard shipping is included in most subscription plans. For single orders or certain destinations, a flat fee may apply. You’ll see the total before checkout.
💳 Do you offer annual plans or pre-pay options?
Absolutely! You can choose to pay monthly or save by pre-paying for a full year. Annual subscribers will receive double the photos or perks throughout the year.
💌 Can I give PikFoto as a gift?
Yes! You can purchase a gift subscription or send a digital eGift card. It’s the perfect way to help someone turn digital moments into real keepsakes.
🎁 How does the rewards system work?
Invite friends to PikFoto using your code. When they sign up and become paid members, you earn points. Points can be redeemed for free packs, extra photos, or premium extras.
🧾 What’s your refund policy?
If you cancel your subscription before your next photo pack enters production, we’ll refund you for that cycle. Once your photos are printed, refunds aren’t available due to the custom nature of each order.
